Oracle Partner Manager, NACT A&C Cloud in Westchester, Illinois
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The Cloud Alliances Consultant (a.k.a. Cloud Partner Manager) is responsible for executing against the North America Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sales strategy while working with specific partners to ensure achievement of the commercial business growth objectives.
Partner Managers will build and maintain business plans with their Partners that include business development & marketing activities, go-to-market models and target customer identification. Leveraging the Oracle PartnerNetwork programs, initiatives and incentives, the Partner Manager will ensure Partners have proper OPN credentials and expertise to implement Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure customer implementation and production success. Responsibilities extend from business development through successful cloud implementation and customer production.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Cloud services Channel strategy within an identified set of Partners
Develop and maintain partner relationships spanning executive and client sales roles within the Partner(s)
Develop and maintain business plans outlining objectives, strategies and actions to ensure successful achievement of Partner OCI business growth targets
Implement successful marketing campaigns to build Cloud pipeline sufficient to exceed quarterly bookings targets
Develop Partner OCI go-to-market strategy and engage Oracle Sales in collaborative customer engagements
Participate in joint Partner sales engagement with customers when appropriate
Meet or exceed quarterly Cloud consumption targets
