Aerotek Data Entry Specialist in Vernon Hills, Illinois
-They will be supporting a team that handles titles and licensing violations. -Responsible for both data entry skills and eventually they will need to make calls to vendors -This role will be heavy data entry starting off: looking at titles that they receive and key in the data on the title, using the number pad/key -Pay close attention and look for things that are wrong on the title (compare the information on the title/paper to the info in the computer system) And take notes of anything that is not matching. -Eventually when they help with the customer service side, they will have vendor interactions: call vendors to figure out how to fix a title issue, follow up to see if a title has been issued on a vehicle -They will pull titles and file/organize titles -Handle administrative back office tasks that are clerical and involves a lot of data entry -Utilize Microsoft office excel on a daily basis (basic excel) -Utilize a key pad each day -Pay strong attention to detail and update the computer system accurately

MUST HAVES: -At least 3+ months of work experience within an office -Data entry/clerical/admin experience -Typing abilities of 45+wpm (Speed and accuracy) -HS Diploma
