Administrative Assistant to ELT
Department: Executive Staff
Location: Union, IL
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position will support both the President and Chief Legal & HR Officer. The Administrative Assistant will manage the day to day which entails handling various administrative tasks as needed including data entry, meeting scheduling, etc.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Review, organize and answer emails
Review time and expenses
Sort and distribute mail daily
Prepare agendas, minutes, etc. from meetings
Compose and prepare confidential correspondences
Maintain various database and spreadsheet files as requested
Order lunches or meals for meetings, guests, etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Perform other duties as assigned
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong computer literacy. Ability to multi-task is essential. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
Two+ years of related experience
Experience in the construction or utility industry preferred.
High School Diploma
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
