BY YOUR SIDE - Autism Therapy Services Sr Manager - Operations in Suburbs, Illinois
Works in collaboration with the Director-Operations in the creation and implementation of operations processes.
Possess in-depth knowledge of and provide operational support for tasks and job functions performed in areas of responsibility, including protocols, processes, policies, and procedures
Oversee the management of business metrics, which includes client attendance, client enrollment, staff attendance, and cancellation rates.
Provide leadership to all employees to ensure effective, efficient office operations, optimizing performance, and continually improving quality of care.
Conducts and coordinates all employee center meetings on a biweekly, monthly, quarterly, as needed basis.
Assist the Director-Operations with weekly reports including RAMP, Pipeline, Intake, Utilization, and Cancellation Rate.
Responsible for recruitment, professional development, and day to day management of Scheduling Managers and Office Coordinators.
Perform administrative and operational support tasks for the operations and the clinical team which may include but not limited to front desk coverage, new hire orientation, and handle employee relations
Responsible for providing an exceptional parent experience beginning with the intake process through conducting consultations, parent tours, and building an on going rapport
Oversee center environment, maintenance, organization, and safety for all
Create a culture of innovation, learning, teamwork, and professionalism, consistent with the mission of BY YOUR SIDE
Collaboration with the Director-Operations for current center expansion which may involve prepping, installation, budgeting, and purchasing
Maintain and ensure standardization in all BY YOUR SIDE Centers across the region in collaboration with other Directors and BY YOUR SIDE Leadership of Therapy, Billing, Marketing and Human Resources Departments
Coordination of vendors, communication, and quotes, for all center maintenance tickets, opened by Office Coordinator.
Three (3) years of Supervisory experience required.
High interest in working with children on the autism spectrum Flexibility and dependability with schedule.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines, from remote location(s).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines, and produce high-quality deliverables with attention to details.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed (valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance).
