QA Manager
National provider of OSHA required occupational health screening services is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to fill a Management position and complete our team. The ideal candidate will possess a curious mind and outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Critical thinking and problem solving ability are a given.
This is a service business not a manufacturing company.
Quality Assurance Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess customer requirements, balancing with internal standards, and objectives to a mutual understanding and satisfaction.
Monitor the accuracy and completeness of work output of a Planner and several Schedulers consisting of written appointment confirmations before release to customers.
Manage and monitor customer service standards and objectives
Communicate quality standards internally and externally.
Interact with customers to solicit their feedback.
Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data.
Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
Recommend and implement improved procedures as may be necessary to ensure quality and sustainability of service delivery and deliverables
Maintain database of all quality reports, statistics, and other documents for future use and reference.
Quality Assurance Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Four-year university education with BS or BA degree in Business Management, or Computer Science administration or relevant field. Minimum 3 years? experience in Quality Management
Strong Leadership and time-management skills
Exceptional writing skills
Familiar with ISO and Six Sigma driven applications and policies that drive continuous improvement
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
Knowledge of and experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL and IBM DB2.
