Aerotek REMOTE- Loss Mitigation Representative in Rosemont, Illinois



-Inbox Management for all borrower communication related to COVID hardship requests

-QA review of loan documents produced by third party vendor and follow up with borrowers and third parties.

-Reconciliation of tracking logs and review of tracking logs for completeness and accuracy. Notate the servicing system for status of the account.

-Prepare extension, forbearance plans, and additional options loss mitigation forms to send to customers as required.

-Complete follow up and outreach to customers for missing documentation.

-This covid-19 task force is to support their customers and investors, there is a balance that customers owe at the end of forbearance that needs to be paid back. Currently they have emails out but phone calls need to also be made and options must be explained to the customers.

-Reach out to customers via phone and email. (Most emails are template form however they still must have strong written communication etc).

-Update and track information in computer system FIS.
