Our exclusive MLOTraining position - Mortgage Loan Originator Trainee - puts the call center resources on your kitchen table. Interfirst is expanding to support the growing demand for home refinances and purchase loans, therefore we are looking for sales professionals who desire a new career. Interfirst will have instructor led, live paid training to help you through the national and state level licensing requirements.

We?re on a mission to grow a national (virtual) call center as well as open brick and mortar call centers in Charlotte, NC and Chicago, IL. We are disrupting the mortgage industry and providing our sales professionals with the resources and financial stability that they deserve!

What you need to qualify

  • Looking for Recent Graduates, Former Military and Career Changers

  • Motivated, Self Starter and Sales Oriented

  • Skilled with CRM software to manage leads and sales process

  • Educational competence including College, Junior College or Military experience

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid computer skills-must be tech-savvy

  • Personal style that can handle fast pace every day

  • Pass a Federal/State Credit and Criminal background check

  • Must be able to take government regulated training and exam
