Seeking a talented Warehouse Supervisor that will manage the accurate and timely flow of material and supplies that supports effective and cost-efficient businesses requirements. Job Description:
+ Manages and coordinates the process of warehouse management - delivery, storage, handling, and control in line with company's policies
+ Compiles and maintains material inventory records, in-process production reports, and status, and location of materials
+ Reviews material inventory records on regular/daily basis, manages inventory control policies (minimum inventory, point of order, economic batch), and places orders with parts and material suppliers to ensure required material
+ Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities
+ Responsible for identifying and driving improvement opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements
+ Manage internal/external relationships across multiple organizations and connect at all levels
+ Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications
+ May arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules
+ Coordinates and supervises a team of material handlers and administrators

+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the warehouse management field
+ MS Office and core proficiency in SAP ERP system (procurement/planning/warehousing/logistics) required
+ Experience with production, shipping and receiving, work in process, Inventory min/max levels, time management, payroll and more
+ Inventory Management

+ Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background strongly desired
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly desirable
+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.
+ Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.
+ Must be able to climb and descend stairs.
+ Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
+ Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
+ May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
+ Work surfaces may include concrete.
+ Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
+ Some travel to other locations, meetings and/or seminars is required.
