As a supervisor you will perform a number of tasks that will support your team members. You will also be expected to manage

Perform Customer Quoting functions:

Feasibility Study, Setup Project Folder on QuEST drive, Project RFx Quotation documentation, IPMS quote creation, Quote Approval Emails, Upload Quote in Customer system like IQN or UTC Supplier Portal, Create Skillset Summary s, Manage and update Project Work Plan, Create Risks and Perform Assessments, HTML Checklist, complete Tollgate documents.

Manage Projects in IPMS: Perform TG-0, Acquire and create PO Funding artifacts, Initiate IPMS Project Creation workflows (GPF or Not), Perform QuREKA Financial Task PO Funding workflows, Perform TG-1 (in IPMS), Create and maintain Deliverables in IPMS.

Complete Monthly tasks: Invoicing; Charge Header Audit, Compile QuEST finance template, Upload invoices in IQN or Supplier Portal, Upload invoice document to IPMS and promote workflows, Troubleshoot demotions from Customer and/or QuEST Finance team issues, Perform Effort Movements, Update Risk Review (without project event), hold Progress Reviews (w/Customer), Progress Reviews (in IPMS), Maintain GPF tasks to keep your score high.

Weekly and daily tasks: Add Charge Numbers to projects, Insure Customer Reporting- Insure weekly customer report slides are completed, Upload Weekly slides IPMS (x2), perform Deliverable Review, Quality Reviewer/Approvals, and Technical Reviewer/Approval workflows. Update Resource Planner. Compliance: APEX Project Lead Reviews and APEX Project Health Review. Become a leader in a successful and fast-growing global company.

Develop and mentor a team of engineering professionals Execute analysis tasks and make technical recommendations based on engineering judgment. Support quotation efforts with accurate estimates of time required to complete tasks; set and monitor KRAs quarterly; conduct annual performance reviews; troubleshoot Project Management tool and process issues and enter help desk tickets to mitigate. Assist fellow employees with HR, benefit, and QuEST process questions.

Project Management: Execute and Support Technical Leadership and Technical Reviews; Develop work instructions to ensure repeatability Personnel Management.

Onboarding and Professional Development: Collaborate and mentor QuEST Team Members, Cross-functional teams, Geographic re-assignments, Account Management and Sales Enabler roles, such as Human Resources, Technology Development, and IT. Manage project finances with some of the latest technologies. Work/Interface with Customer; managers to build service solutions Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ year experience in in QuEST and Band 1C or higher

  • BS or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business or Aerospace or equivalent

  • Exposure to the Aerospace industry is highly preferred

  • Experience with project management preferred- required to actively manage tasks Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, required

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Mostly Office Environments. Occasional Shop Floor involvement Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

  • Core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM

  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

  • Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
