HCI is a national provider of mobile occupational health screening services to corporations across the United States.
Each Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Our Sales team works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. HCI values team sales goals over individual quotas, and we encourage a team atmosphere rather than a competitive environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the sales of all services provided by HCI.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and HCI?s solutions to their problems.
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
Responsible for identifying and building effective business networks to maximize revenue.
Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business a plus
2-5 years of experience in sales in the service industry and B to B.
Experience in manufacturing, heavy machinery and/or industrial sector a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
Based out of the Rockford, IL headquarters
Extended work on HCI mobile trailers based on operational needs

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year + commission
