Aerotek Customer Service Representative in ROCKFORD, Illinois
HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THIRD PARTY FINANCIAL COMPANY
Job Title will be Financial consultant but responsibilities are Customer Service.
Taking 50-60 inbound calls from a queue. Calls about balance transfers, online banking, card services, alert systems, approving charges, and lock outs.
Answering Emails in a timely manner.
Handling upset customers.
This role is located in Rockford, IL and is in person with Covid protocols in place
This is 2nd Shift position and includes rotating Saturday and Sundays.
Shift: M-F 3pm- 11 pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1 year Customer Service experience (can be from Retail or Service industry)
-Typing Test (35 WPM)

-Office CSR or Call Center experience
