  • This position offers both base and variable incentive salary and excellent benefits

    • Generate revenue through Statements of Work ( SOW) for software and hardware solutions (Pre-sales)

    • Act as Solution Matter Expert (SME) for Glory hardware and software products to deliver comprehensive solutions for customers

    • Be a key player in integrating Glory Global Solutions products with the customer’s infrastructure and systems

    • Provide proof-of-concept support for customers including problem solving, training assistance, and installation support

    • Provide support for new Glory software roll-outs and Beta versions

    • Work with Product Management or Global Software teams to make product enhancement recommendations for specific customers and for overall product enhancement. Communicate product issues, problems, and updates

    • Act as the Glory Global software liaison for development execution with software partners on customer solutions

    • Participate in Solution Center tours with customers for software demonstrations, providing ‘Day in the Life’ scenarios and communicate Glory’s unique value proposition

    • Support internal teams and internal functional groups (installation coordinators, trainers, etc.) to ensure flawless customer execution of software product

    • Work closely with Business Consultant and Account Executive for seamless delivery of technology solution based on investment analysis

    • Work with internal teams to create the necessary project and solution documentation needed for client acceptance and for handoff to the Glory Service/Support teams


    Education Level:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area, or equivalent experience, required


    • 5+ years’ experience working with software connectivity, integrations and technology solutions

    • Revenue generation and sales skills

    • Strong customer interfacing skills at all levels in both business and technical environments

    • Database knowledge, including Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting. Oracle knowledge a plus

    • Networking knowledge for LAN, WAN and Cloud solutions, plus basic troubleshooting, network tracing, and IP routing

    • Ability to work with third party vendors and partners on a common client solution

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work within a team environment

    • Ability to assess a situation and make recommendations to improve or change

    • Proven track record of achievement of high quality performance against objectives

    • Self-motivated with the ability to develop cross functional project teams

    • Project management experience a plus, Time management critical. Must be able to manage time, meet deadlines while supporting multiple assignments and multiple customers

    • Ability to travel 30% - 50%, including potential international travel

    • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project


    • Drive new business and revenue in a new market

    • Create comprehensive accurate SOW’s

    • Deliver high quality work to ensure internal and external customers receive maximum value
