Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients in home and clinic settings
Mentor, train, and support RBTs
Complete progress reports
Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs
Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision

Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or related field.
Completion of BACB required supervision; BCBA certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, clinical and employment information required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members and team members both verbally and in writing required.
Experience in staff leadership and clinical supervision.
Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
