As anaccount manager, you will be the contact between the in-house marketing andcreative agency and our business partner clients interfacing with various staffmembers to ensure all work is produced on time, on budget and on strategy. Mustpossess excellent relationship management skills, outstanding presentationskills and have the ability to think strategically and creatively.

JobDuties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Become knowledgeable in product andmarkets for assigned clients

  • Build and maintain positive relationshipswith client and team

  • Operate as a liaison betweenproject team members and clients/business partners

  • Manage the implementation of short-and long-term strategic marketing initiatives on behalf of assignedclients working with teams to develop plans and implement accordingly

  • Estimate projects and manage clientproject budgets, providing regular status updates to client

  • Oversee, provide direction, andprioritize project workflow from scoping/briefing to final execution

  • Review the execution of projectswith the creative teams to ensure client’s strategic goals are met before theyare presented to client

  • Collaborate with the creative teamto present the strategy and creative to client

  • Obtain required client approvalsthroughout the project for proposals, estimates, messaging, concepts, copy,layouts, etc.

  • Identify and pursue additionalbusiness opportunities from existing accounts

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing field with experience in strategic development and execution of global and regional integrated marketing communications plans.

  • Project Management experience

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Advertising / Creative Agency experience

  • Experience with project workflow management software in an agencyenvironment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities,manage in a multi-project environment, and work to deadlines under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required tomanage global teams and business challenges – including the ability to workwith staff and managers at all levels

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to consistently deliverhigh quality service; establish and maintain effective relationships withinternal and external customers while their gaining trust and respect

Additional Information:

This position requires 25% travel.
