The product line includes but not limited to: urologicals, bulb irrigation syringes, external catheters among other urological products. We are seeking a hard-working professional with excellent interpersonal skills, background in quality, along with a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude. Responsibilities include:
+ Lead investigations of product non-conformances and out of specification results and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Lead process improvement and cost savings projects.
+ Provide product development protocol requirements for quality standards, inspection techniques and inspection frequencies, lot sizes, statistical analysis, sterility requirements, etc.
+ Lead Product Development and Design Control activities.
+ Lead in Risk Analysis meetings.
+ Lead project teams for CAPA activity.
+ Review/Approve Process Validations (i.e. Packaging, Sterilization, etc.)
+ Review/approve deviations, non-conformances, change control documents, SCARS, procedures, etc.
+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related field of study.
Relevant Work Experience
+ At least 2 years of related experience in the quality or engineering area.
+ Experience in working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles and reaching a positive and successful solution through mathematical or systematic operations.
+ Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
+ Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
