We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! Some of the duties of this role include:

  • Greeting visitors with a smile and positivity.

  • Answering and Prioritizing incoming calls and messages for our Recruiting, Care Coordination, Scheduling, Community Relations, Finance, and Leadership teams.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintaining general office supplies including coffee, snacks, and copier supplies.

  • Additional General office and Marketing assistance as needed.

  • Passion for providing service to the aging community.

  • Eager and willing to learn.

  • Comfortable in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfortable learning and using new computer programs and web applications.

  • Fluent in the English language and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Has reliable transportation and is available to work in Northbrook Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
