CVS Health Rebate Invoice Manager in Northbrook, Illinois
Fortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Rebate Invoicing Manager to join our dynamic Industry Analysis & Administration Team! The Industry Analysis & Administration Team is responsible for administering all pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and pricing agreements. This will include claims submissions, reporting and contract performance assessment. As the Rebate Invoicing Manager, you will provide leadership and manage the day to day activities of a team of Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Advisors that support the administration of pharmaceutical contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing coaching and feedback of personnel, goals and expectation setting, career development planning, and performance reviews. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, meeting contractual obligations through accurate and timely submissions of claims invoicing & reporting.
*Ensuring the accurate contract set-up per contract terms, the subsequent rebate reporting and creation of invoices, and the ongoing maintenance of such contracts.
*Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports to foster their development and aid them in career progression.
*Assisting the department’s efforts in maintaining adequate process controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and audits, both internal and external.
*Interacting with various levels of the organization, as well as, external pharmaceutical counterparts.
Post Covid Restrictions this role will be based out of Northbrook, IL with some potential to work from home.
3 years of work experience in conjunction with internship experience within an analytical/finance role.
Knowledge of CVS Caremark Benefit Design and / or Formulary.
Experience with pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical industry and contracts.
Experience in data mining using RxNavigator and / or SQL.
Demonstrated direct / indirect management experience in analytics or finance-oriented group.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and some working knowledge of Access
Bachelor's degree required
