Aerotek Collections Specialist in MORTON GROVE, Illinois

Description:

This position is responsible for making outbound calls and emails to customers that are past due on their accounts. This role will be in the corporate office located in Morton Grove, IL.

-Check past due accounts folder online to see who needs to be called

-Send past due email reminders (45 emails on average a day)

-Make 20-25 calls to collect and remind clients about payment

-Make outbound calls to collect payment and understand why they may have missed payment

-Print orders and follow up with cash apps team on payment statuses

-Release orders via email after payment is received

-Respond to internal team and clients regarding past due and orders

-Send invoices for past due accounts

-Follow up on payments that were declined

Must Haves:

-3-5 years of B2B Collections from manufacturing

-Credit processing -Online billing

-Microsoft Excel, Reporting (Must have 85% or higher on normal user test)
