Customer Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

$18 an hour

Location - Marengo, IL 60152

Duration - Long Term Contract


Provides advanced hardware and software technical support to users; supports network infrastructure, voice and data administration. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution. Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of all systems. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks where creativity and latitude in making decisions is expected.

2+ years’ experience with

  1. Windows 10

  2. Office365

  3. Basic network troubleshooting (Cisco preferred)

  4. Active Directory - adding/deleting users etc.

  5. Basic hardware and software
