We are seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician or an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. We are a group of dedicated veterinary professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients and delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele.

You’ve worked hard at school and in your career and we want you to use your knowledge and skills, including but not limited to:

  • venipuncture

  • catheter placement

  • radiology

  • anesthesia monitoring

  • physical examinations and patient assessment​

  • surgical preparation and assisting

  • patient recovery

  • dentistry

  • laboratory work

  • pharmacy

At VCA All Pets you will work with our doctors, technicians, and support staff to create a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients, patients and each other. As a member of our team your responsibilities will include

  • Interacting in a positive, patient manner with cats and dogs, clients, and teammates

  • Working closely with our veterinarians to efficiently and effectively manage their patients, including critical cases

  • Maintaining electronic medical records and correspondence

  • Educating clients about their pet's health needs and our recommendations, including providing details of our CareClub wellness plans and giving ongoing support to clients whose pets have chronic conditions

  • Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for all pets in our care, including those in our kennel area

During COVID-19, we may conduct interviews via phone or video. All of VCA All Pets associates are required to wear masks and are asked to do their best to maintain physical distancing at work. Along with all VCA hospitals in the area, we are providing curbside service, meaning clients do not come inside the hospital. We retrieve pets from the client in the parking lot, call the client with exam findings and recommendations and then bring the pet back outside to the client. We are supported by VCA Corporate, who communicates with us regularly regarding and changes or updates in policies and procedures.
