What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to recruit qualified physicians for medical staff.
Develop and execute a primary care alignment strategy by establishing relationships with independent/unaffiliated providers in the market to employ, acquire, or align.
Initiates contact and timely follow-up with prospective physician candidates. Maintains effective communication among all levels of the organization and documents all actions in accordingly.
Develop data-driven, strategic outreach efforts to strengthen key primary care relationships and develop new relationships to grow AMITA Health’s system of care.
Educate and develop growth and retention strategies for the target market by enhanced alignment with independent primary care physicians, referring hospitals and community partners.
Develop routine programming (i.e. physician burnout, virtual roundtables, etc.) to engage physicians while building a network for future alignment.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of physician network experience preferred.
