Camping World is currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to join our team! You will be a key contributor to our enterprise wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Leadership and management of business development centers including but not limited to the BD Manager, BD Representative, BD Amin.

  • Responsible for building and training high performance teams (able to identify and develop talent, inspire and motivate teams, focus team on top priorities)

  • Maximizing sales opportunities within the Business Development Center

  • Training of department on appointments, calls, sales, and contacts using CRM system

  • Training of department on proven word tracks, phone skills and objection handling for both incoming and outgoing calls

  • Training on various internet platforms including but not limited to social media posting and reputation management

  • Responsible in conjunction with the Market Manager and store General Manager, in knocking down barriers for the team to assist in their success.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns, utilize these to drive the team’s success

  • Collect and analyze metrics to drive department performance

  • VinSolutions experience is a huge plus!

Essential Job Skills:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent

  • A strong background in business, mathematics and computers is also useful

  • Prior Management experience

  • Prior Internet Sales Experience a plus

  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors

  • Excellent computer skills a must

  • Sales experience a plus

  • Must be highly organized with great attention to detail

  • Must be available to travel
