The Product Management team is responsible for resolving Zebra’s product offerings and driving development, launch, and adoption of product to positively impact the customer’s’ experience and market share.
Responsibilities
Through general knowledge of market, competitive landscape, customer requirements, distribution channels and Zebra offerings defines requirements for assigned product(s) and/or solutions (s).
Chips in to development and presentation of routine business cases by completing encouraging research and other tasks under the supervision of senior team members.
Is responsible for the quarterly Program Increment planning following Agile Scrum techniques, following the solution/product roadmap from the Sr. Product Manager to define and set development priorities.
Supports Sr. Product Manager in executing product lifecycle activities for assigned product lines
Recommends complete or partial offer definitions that cross business units.
Leads team as Product Owner following the ALM process to develop product(s) and/or solution(s) validating feature and functional requirements are met.
Executes the beta site process, with mentorship from Sr. Product Manager, by identifying customer targets, developing, implementing and monitoring plan. Presents results to colleagues and senior team members.
Participates and/or leads product launch activities as member of cross functional team. Tasks include SKU setup, return on investment model creation, marketing collateral input and feedback, conducting training and webinars.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of related experience
Strong attention to detail/quality
Strong process adherence
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications – Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Intermediate Market knowledge in assigned category
Intermediate business analyst skills to analyze project related data sets.
Customer service values/orientation
Strong professional work behaviors- attendance, collaboration, time management, follow through)
Demonstrates good judgement in decision making, applies knowledge and experience to guide decisions.
Intermediate presentation abilities.
Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred.
Strong eye for business
Open to travel up to 25% - post Covid
Preferred Qualifications:
Some experience running Scrum meetings
Presentation skills in both written and oral
Ability to gather requirements and work diligently with technical teams and functional teams.
