Responsible for ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget, and meeting project success criteria. Develops and maintains project charter, project plans, and other project management deliverables. Responsible for setting timelines and monitoring task progress, budget tracking, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue management. Escalates issues to leadership as needed. Provides project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Manages medium to large-sized projects with medium to high complexity, scope, and/or financial impact. Identifies and uses applicable Project Management methodologies. Accountable for management of project financials, resource allocations, issues, risks, and escalations. Develops and Manages project plans, deliverables, and status reporting to stakeholders. Defines and manages execution of project activities by identified responsible parties in consultation with aligned SMEs. Develops and manages relationships with project technical teams and key business stakeholders. Conducts post project review and shares learnings across key business stakeholders. Mentors and/or coaches team members. Deep Hands-on Netscout Performance Monitoring project implementation experience for a Global company.* Knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel - advanced functions. Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills. Advanced influencing and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and application against client-facing projects. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices. Solid foundation in software development and computer science principles and practices. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
