CVS Health Senior Advisor, Continuous Improvement in Illinois

Do you want to make an impact on a team and be a health care innovator? As a Care Continuous Improvement Senior Advisor, you will lead some of the most impactful projects and initiatives aligned to Customer Care strategies. In this role, you will enable Customer Care’s ability to implement and navigate change, with primary focus on driving improved operational efficiencies. Furthermore, you will contribute critical input to projects to ensure appropriate fit between designed solutions and Customer Care processes while ensuring key performance indicators and success measurements are identified and supported by project requirements. You will also provide direction for certain tactical responsibilities of Continuous Improvement including: - Generate and drive impactful insights by conducting analysis to further Care continuous improvement goals- Drive pilots that prove or disprove whether efforts will yield the appropriate value to make investment- Responsible for sizing new opportunities and refining existing cost savings opportunities- Create and monitor measurement activities and pilots to verify expected value is being delivered- Partner with leaders across the organization to define and scope, as well as develop process to intake reporting requestsThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:- Ability to lead through influence- Strong execution on outcomes and results- Solid project leadership/project management skills- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business delivery teams, leadership, senior management and internal/external stakeholders- Knowledgeable of change management approaches and methods to improve adoption and change readiness- Collection, analysis and synthesis of data to produce meaningful insights- Ability to navigate complex organizations and to interact with senior leadersWhile most of our team is located on the East Coast, this position has the opportunity to be fully remote/work from home. You may work from any location within the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field of study- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Operations experience - Experience with metrics-based data analysis and process work flow - Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them- Project management experience - Demonstrated success utilizing written and verbal communication skills- Microsoft Office applications including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
