FUJIFILM Service Coordinator in Hanover Park, Illinois

We are hiring for a Service Dispatch Coordinator (Internally, known as a Customer Support Coordinator) for our Hanover Park, IL location. This is an exciting time to be joining a growing team. As the Service Dispatch Coordinator you will be responsible for opening service call requests for customers, technicians and service managers for our Graphics System Division. In this challenging role you will be tasked with fielding customer technical service requests, working with the technicians/sales on when service will be at the site and managing the timeline. To be successful in this role you must be highly organized, work well under pressure, possess strong communication and follow up skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer data on all service calls

  • Enter all information into ASTEA system

  • Work with the customer on problem description and verification of piece of equipment

  • Work with technicians on opening and verifying service calls

  • Assist with administrative duties as necessary

  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager

Education:

  • High School / Some College Preferred

Required Experience:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience

Desired Experience:

  • Excellent customer relations skills

  • Prior Salesforce, ServiceMax, or ASTEA experience is desired

  • Experience with project planning or project management

  • Pleasant phone demeanor, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Ability to communicate with employees, vendors and clients in an efficient and professional manner

  • Possess necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working knowledge of Microsoft applications and outstanding customer service

  • Prior scheduling or dispatching experience
