We're looking for passionate and experienced Customer Service professionals to join our growing Call Center team in Gurnee. Our *Call Center Phone Representatives* are the first point of contact for our members. In this role you'll answer questions about accounts, loans, online banking and more. You'll provide excellent customer service by effectively resolving issues, providing information about CCU's products and services, and ensuring each and every member is extremely satisfied with their interaction. These are fast-paced positions with opportunities for rewards, recognition and advancement on a fun team! You'll start working remotely then in 2021 when our offices reopen you'll work at our corporate building in Gurnee, IL along with your Call Center colleagues.*You'll be qualified if you have:* A high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience. Ideally you'll have banking/financial, high-volume service, sales, hospitality, or office experience. Advanced proficiency with computer systems/software applications, excellent interpersonal and service skills, with highly professional communication Experience working in an environment where urgency and accuracy are required A strong, independent worker mentality with a genuine approach to and appreciation for helping others Ability to work the following weekly schedule:?Monday - Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday: 8:30am-6:30pm; and rotating Saturdays: 8:30am-1:30pm (Periodic overtime will be required)*With CCU you'll enjoy:*Competitive pay, excellent benefits, a fun, warm, friendly, positive culture, and a company that believes in developing our employees to their fullest potential.
