M-F, 8a-5p

40 hours/week

Position is open due to growth & new business in the pipeline that they will be acquiring shortly! Also, the volumes have been picking up lately & they want to stay on top of this - - Career opportunity!!

• Team handles smaller accounts, everything from A-Z. (More of an entrepreneurial mindset)

• Customer Service

• LOTS of emailing & follow-up with customers on questions.

• Logging information into excel (copy/paste)

• maintain vendor relations (customer relationships)

• Assist in maintaining a strong forwarding-based clientele

• Accounting related functions such as billing and invoicing

• Accurate and timely billing

• Sales and Retention of current and new business

• Procedure and Productivity Standards Adherence

• Self Development (continuously striving for more)
