Helps establish work plan and assists with the staffing for programs.n- Establishes and maintains comprehensive program communication plan across program teams.n- Provides management and strategic direction to cross-functional program teams.n- Accountable for managing program scope, budget and schedule.n- Manage prioritization of projects within the program. Ensuring that each project achieves its overall benefits.n- Resolved resource escalations between projects with resource conflict, and determine the best use of resources based on the priority of projects.n- Deep financial acumen including managing the program progress based on the financials provided and financial forecast of progressn- Analyze the program financials to provide the key messages and risks.n- As problems arise, ability to deep dive into issue resolutionsn- Reviews and may provide input into the program scope definitionn- Coordinates development and approval of the business and technical requirements documentsn- Proactively works with program teams to identify program level risks and issuesn- Assists with the resolution of issues/risks and escalates when appropriaten- Represents the company with contractors, suppliers, business partners and other parties as requiredn- Coordinates activities of program teams to ensure program progress is on schedule and within budgetn- Recommends and makes adjustments to the program plan and staffingn- Effectively monitors, measures, and communicate program status to program stakeholders and executivesn- Responsible for managing and mentoring PMsnEEO EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
