This is an exempt level position.
This position will work within the Operational Technology (OT) staff across North America.
This position is part of a team that supports and maintains a mix of both OT and Industrial OT technologies within processing environments.
This position will work closely with Plant Operations and Corporate IT to maintain expected reliability, security, and compliance of OT systems.
Perform special projects and other duties as requested by immediate supervisor
Prioritize and resolve end user tickets as generated
Create and maintain system documentation
Coordinate and/or implement corporate security directives that pertain to the OT environment
Design and maintenance of OT LAN systems
Design and maintenance of Process and iDMZ network services
Virtual Environment Administration
Disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation for administered systems
General System Administration
Active Directory Administration
Asset management and inventory
Active participation in Performance Excellence initiatives and Safety Programs
SQL Server Administration
Available for on-call rotation for off-hours, holiday and weekend coverage
Occasional company travel may be required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Intermediate knowledge Networking technologies (Cisco, Stratix, & Hirschmann)
Intermediate knowledge of System Administration
Basic knowledge of Pi
Basic knowledge of Virtualization technologies
Basic knowledge of Process Control Systems
Basic knowledge of Disaster Recovery technologies
PC troubleshooting skills
At least 4 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities listed above.
4 Year degree in an IT related Field
Microsoft or Cisco Certifications
This position will require extended periods of sitting and keyboard operation.
System outage windows will require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work.
Candidates must be willing and able to spend time in plant areas (i.e. walk long distances, stand, climb stairs and ladders, and move through close spaces) working hands-on with the automation systems and equipment.
Candidates must be capable of working in extreme temperatures.
