Exelon Nuclear is looking for Industrial Electricians to join our team at our Clinton Power Station, Clinton, IL (Just South of Bloomington/Normal- Central IL)

Rate:$42.13 per hour

IBEW Local 51

Job Description:

Repair and maintain electrical equipment such as motors, generators commutators, circuit breakers, controls and relays, switches. Assist electrical mechanics of higher classification in the performance of their duties. Make routine inspections of electrical equipment during outages and report conditions found.

Qualifications

Position Requirements: Required:

• High School diploma or educational equivalent

• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (TECH)

• Ability to work different shifts

• Ability to receive unescorted Nuclear access

• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Associates degree in a Electrical field or equivalent

OR

• Three years minimum related Electrical military experience

  OR

• Three years minimum Electrical Industrial Craft Maintenance
