Product Manager – Sr. Associate (602) – Coin & Currency Services

JPMorgan is a market leading provider of Cash Services - including an innovative and market-changing Cash Recycler solution. We are currently seeking an individual to serve as a Product Manager to help support the growth plans for the Commercial Bank and Corporate & Investment Bank segments.
The Coin and Currency product suite includes Branch, ATM deposit card, Vault, Smart Safe and Cash Recyclers, and is marketed across lines of business to assist commercial clients with managing the physical cash required for running their business. The team’s current focus is launching and enhancing innovative solutions that enable clients to efficiently manage their cash needs, while improving revenue and margin contribution.
This role requires a talented, proactive individual who is able to work independently and partner with others to develop and ensure delivery of market viable, profitable and operationally supported Coin and Currency solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven successes in balancing multiple projects while creating practical, actionable plans that are coherent and understood by all stakeholders. Beyond excellent delivery skills, the ideal candidate will be able to drive collaboration across functional areas.

Product Management & Development
Come up to speed quickly on new products and be regarded as a Subject Matter Expert on Currency Services – Branch, ATM and Smart Safe products
Understand and Partner with Shared Services and Technology for client needs and partner on key Technology developments – identify key product features
Maintain product and system documentation (user guides, marketing sheets, training decks)
Update implementations, marketing and other materials as offerings evolve, assuring synchronization with Operations, Service and Sales partners
Work with Change Management teams to ensure communications about product changes are timely and accurate
Partner effectively externally with JPMorgan’s selected Smart Safe providers as well as across lines of business to deliver quality solutions
Work with Operations and Market Readiness to eliminate non-standard processing
Maintain product profile pages and key content in Sales Hub to ensure Sales, Product Specialists and Service are able to locate and use product documents with a high level of satisfaction
Provide client-facing demos of Web Currency Services
Complete proximity studies to assist with Sales efforts
Respond to questions and requests from Service and Sales
Conduct analysis to identify target market and service code changes and restructuring for annual and off-cycle price events
Maintain Intranet Deal Model (IDM) service code dictionary and Wizards. Ensure changes in product scope or policy are reflected in IDM
Support Product UAT testing for billing and pricing initiative for billing system changes and annual price events: develop test scripts, document results, defects and issues as it relates to Service Code, pricing, or billing workflow changes
Manage and assist in prioritizing projects across groups, create organization alignment from an execution perspective in conjunction with other departments
Cultivate partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Sales, Technology and the Commercial Bank to assure alignment and execute key initiatives
Assist in supporting key vendor relationships, ensuring quality support and service.
Risk and Compliance:
Proactively manage all applicable open risk items and ensure compliance across product set.
Support all compliance and risk related initiatives as necessary including auditing of documentation, risk analysis, and other product due diligence initiatives
Review and certify monthly billing activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue capture
Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies
