All Sogeti USA prospectivecandidates must:

Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Card holder. Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for this role.

Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-local candidates will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.

Willingness to travel/commute throughout the entire Chicagoland area possibly including to as Far North as Waukegan, once allowable.

You will work with cutting edge technology, deliver high quality solutions across various industries and drive solutions with a team working on holistic web development projects that range in size and scope. You will perform hands-on customized development and unit testing of web-based software solutions primarily based on Microsoft technologies. You will own and participate in consulting relationships with multiple clients and technologies.

We are looking for a bright minded,self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a highdegree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:

Software Design: producing and reviewing software and database designs that meet both business and technical requirements.

Consulting: gaining a deep understanding of client needs and playing an integral part in defining and proposing practical solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.

Software Architecture: instrumental in defining the software and database architecture for new solutions.

Business Requirements Gathering: leading client requirements gathering sessions and accurately documenting business requirements.

Implementation and Support: software deployments and ongoing software support.

Supervisory: leading a team of developers within projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met, overseeing time reporting accuracy and technical management of projects and performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to standards.

Technical Requirements & SpecificExperience Needed:

Leading and managing an application delivery team comprising Developers, BSA and QA.

Working with onsite-offshore modal projects and supporting offshore team and providing technical solutions to the team.

Creating technical design documents and guide implementations to meet business requirements.

Ability to support -production issues- and ability to troubleshoot the issue/bug.

Hands-on experience and worked on technologies such as: Visual Studio, .NET Framework, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server 2012 +, Web Services, Web API, jQuery, JSON, Knockout.

Azure Development skill is a nice to have.

Agile Methodology.

Experience within a consultative environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Being a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently for on-time delivery.

Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of related technology tools and trends and remaining current in new technology developments and their potential impact.

Successful demonstration of thought leadership, certifications, recognition or awards.
