KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Audit Technology to join our Audit Technology organization.
Oversee key projects and elements of accelerating our Audit Technology adoption efforts designed to transform our audit service delivery model
Assist in the transformation of KPMG's audit service delivery model which is a fundamental element of the overall Audit strategy
Lead the design, development, and delivery of key products with an eye towards adoption enablement and accelerating the broad-scale accessibility of digital capabilities across Audit
Act as the product lead for a multi-dimensional analytics automation platform which enables engagement teams to access automation across the phases of the audit by industry
Partner with our Audit Analytics leader to ensure audit solutions currently available or in the pipeline are targeted for the analytics automation platform to ensure a comprehensive offering for audit professionals
Understand any risk management, legal, and compliance considerations that impact initiatives and develop strategy to address; support communications to the Audit practice related to analytics automation platform; assist with the development and delivery of related trainings to the Audit practice
Minimum 10 years of relevant technical and project management experience; 5 years of leading the Transformation and Adoption of large Firmwide Audit technology programs
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Information Science, Technology, and/or Accounting; Master's degree preferred
Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB audit standards is preferred
Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and results
Solid understanding of professional services, IT services; ability to demonstrate that with analysts and with internal subject matter experts
Excellent internal and external client relationship management skills and solid communication and presentation skills
