As part of our T&L (Transportations & Logistics) vertical, you would be responsible for defining and owning the commercial growth strategy for a diverse set of existing accounts and new logos. T&L is a high-growth segment and focal area for our business, with a diverse set of opportunities to drive business around supply-chain, fleet management & urban mobility use-cases in high-tech, manufacturing, pharma/healthcare spaces. You will be responsible for maintaining our existing business, opening new growth areas & establishing new business pipeline with net new accounts. The role requires a strategic mindset, allied with strong entrepreneurial skills. Demonstrable track record in building robust commercial business in account management is critical.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Grow & accelerate revenue from existing set of existing end-customer T&L accounts - this includes strategies to reduce time to revenue, firm-up revenue

n

+ Establish new book of business and pipeline from identified high-potential new logos - aid in helping qualify pipeline opportunities for new logos - and define unique value propositions, customer acquisition strategies for these logos

n

+ Establish optimal go-to-market tactics that accelerate and scale growth - in leveraging our partner capabilities and professional/technical services arms

n

+ Develops and implements account strategies that maximize value for prospects and HERE.

n

+ Leads the pricing and customer contract negotiation processes.

n

+ Adhere to HERE Sales Process and sales/customer lifecycle guidelines to effectively manage the business

Who are you?

n

n

n

+ 9+ years of Business to Business sales experience in technology environment (software, platform); GIS experience

n

+ Consistent track record of new logo quota attainment and over-attainment of sales targets.

n

+ Demonstrated ability to generate, advance, and close large, ($2M+ transaction value) complex software and/or services transactions involving multiple VP and C-Level and above decision makers.

n

+ Ability to execute a complex sales process, including commercial and technical pre-sales resources.

n

+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

n

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

n

+ Ability to make effective sales presentations and to answer questions regarding HERE's services and products.

n

+ Ability to work independently and manage time productively and effectively.

n

+ Ability to leverage defined sales process and systems to maximize revenue and bookings
