KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.


  • Perform day to day support and maintenance, work with client and development teams on solutions in ServiceNow PPM.

  • Responsible for the general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.

  • Working closely with the ServiceNow clients to build requested items and tasks, using workflows to manage processes.

  • Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications and work directly with end users to resolve support issues.

  • Monitoring the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow as well as develop system integrations and process automation.

  • Create and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs.

  • The candidate will have to create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, etc.

  • Coordinate and execute application and platform upgrades and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.


  • A minimum of three year of experience with ServiceNow PPM administration in an enterprise environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field including engineering, math, or computer science with a proven track record of out of the box thinking and an ability to think large scale; ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred.

  • Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives. Must have experience with JavaScript, XML, and HTML.

  • Must have experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.

  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle including Agile methodology as well as solid documentation skills including ability to work with Visio for creating process and design workflows

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel as necessary
