We're looking for Human resources (HR) professionals who are ready to design and execute initiatives that will drive IBM's purpose - to Be Essential. As an HR professional, you'll work with other IBMers around the world to collaborate and solve complex challenges across business domains, including data analysis, compensation, HR business development, and talent management. Your work here at IBM may require trend analysis, bench marking, development of communication packages, cognitive solutions, design thinking, conducting research on emerging HR issues, project management, problem analysis, and solution implementation related to HR initiatives.
