This Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting with clients regarding business needs and goals for current and future software/hardware and infrastructure development.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise wide solutions.
Advises on the use and strengths of both hardware and software products available in the market.
Provides expertise on the use of company or third party software and hardware products as it relates to the infrastructure and goals of the client.
Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
Provides expertise in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
Identifies additional product and services opportunities in customer organization.
Viewed by customers as a consultant.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Interacts with senior internal and external personnel to gain support for solutions and implementation objectives.
Education : Bachelors degree.
3-5 years of experience in area of professional responsibility.
Extensive knowledge of company and third party products, technical solutions and platforms.
Additional software or hardware technical certifications may be required.
