Primary ResponsibilitiesParticipates with the planning stage of projects to ensure the mostefficient, safe and economical form systems are incorporated into theproject design.Participates in the preparation of formwork/framework layout drawings forassigned projects incorporating information from project drawings,bulletins, sketches, RFI responses and shop drawings provided by othertrades and coordinates drawing submittals with customers.Supports the project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in allprocesses with the scope of the project, and adapts schedules and work tasksaccordingly.Works closely with the project team monitoring the safety, cost andscheduling of construction projects.Coordinates material purchases, deliveries, tracking and forecastingensuring maximum utilization of CFA's physical resources.Participates in basic layout and field engineering activities.Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company's abilityto procure projects.Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned orrequested for the general support of the organization.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management orrelevant area of education and/or equivalent work experience and a minimumof two years' work experience supporting similar key responsibilities.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, aswell as with customers and vendors.Completed coursework in computer-aided drafting or an equivalent combinationof training and/or work experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to read and understand drawings.Ability to meet deadlines and multi-tas k in fast paced environment.Application subimitted without a resume will not be considered.Concrete Frame Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, sex,disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
