Join our team of talented healthcare professionals! CompleteRx has an opening for a part-time Pharmacist to help provide exceptional patient care at a 284 bed acute care facility located in Chicago, IL.

Work Schedule:

Part-time hours include:

7am - 3pm and/or 12pm - 8pm every other weekend

What You Will Do

  • Ensure safe, appropriate, cost effective drug therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures and protocols.

  • Interpret drug orders (verbal and written) and transcribe to computerized patient medication profiles accurately

  • Assist with pharmacokinetics consult service and drug dosing per hospital protocol

  • Maintain accurate, complete pharmacy patient medication profiles.

  • Complete all assigned medication storage area inspections in a timely manner.

  • Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy

  • Build and nurture relationships with physicians and nursing

What You Will Need


  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or higher

  • Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in resident State or eligible to reciprocate

  • Two plus years hospital experience preferred but not required

  • Courteous, professional service to patients, visitors and staff

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
