Working in close alignment with the global S&C People Comms Lead, he/she will support the respective Service Leads to shape the People Comms strategy relevant to the respective markets, especially in the areas of messaging, channel mix, leadership announcements and also be responsible for internal events and other communications tactics as required to achieve shared success.Role and ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute innovative communications programs across a range of channels that serve to inform, educate and inspire our people on strategic initiatives relevant to their respective MarketsCreate a new sense of identity in S&C Markets (NA, Europe, Growth Markets) with an inspiring culture that makes S&C the "place to be" for any current and future employeeLaunch internal activation campaign to help bring the new S&C narrative / brand position to life (assets include email, videos, success stories, etc.)Design Managing Director (MD) communications vision and execute plan to keep the leader community informed of S&C priorities, business performance, talent management and other relevant topicsWrite and deploy leadership announcements/changes and update organizational charts as appropriatePlan, lead and execute S&C internal Town Halls (both All People and MD broadcasts) to infuse new S&C culture with our people, build internal momentum, inspire people to work together and share successSystematically gather relevant and timely client opportunities/wins and write compelling stories for internal portals, meetings and potential inclusion in Earnings callsCreate programs that drive high levels of engagement and communityManage ad-hoc or special projects that align with Market goals and priorities (e.g. drive S&C markets participation in TQ a virtual learning experience that explains how transformative technologies are powering the world around)Support S&C Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to prepare presentations and materials for the global management council Work with the Extended People Comms TeamWork closely with other Market and Market Unit People Communications teams to evolve and optimize communicationsMaintain a content calendar to drive top of mind recall for S&C in respective Markets People Comms channels, (such as North America Market Unit (MU) Experience Days and Digests, and Europe and Growth Markets Portal)Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders working across a complex matrix organizationYOUR EXPERIENCE:Basic QualificationsEducation: Bachelor''s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related fieldWork Experience: at least 6 years of experience in internal communications, community engagement or related corporate communicationsPreferred Qualifications:Marketing and communications experience ability to design, build and run integrated end-to-end campaignsContent creation: short formExperiential experience (virtual internal events)Exceptional project management skillsStrong writing skillsCreative mindedAbility to establish and roll out programs across the organiza tionExecutive presence to work with senior stakeholdersPROFESSIONAL SKILLS:Ability to think and act both strategically and tacticallyStrong experience in communications and message developmentDemonstrable experience within communication strategy, marketing and change management/transformation communications is preferredStrong experience in internal and people-focused communications and engagement programsExperience in creating end-to-end content-led campaigns across all relevant internal channelsExperience in working across all content formats, including digital and videoAdditional Job Details:Executive presence to work with senior stakeholdersProven internal change management experienceAdept analytical skills with proven ability to dissect large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiativesSuperior time management and communication skillsDemonstrated teamwork, collaboration and leadership in professional settingAbility to work across multiple countries/time zones and collaborate across a diverse network of peopleStrong comfort level with technology and ability to convey complex informationExpertise in any type of publishing portal software, but preferred in experience in WordPressExperience working in Teams and Teams Live for broadcastsExperience in various broadcast platformsExperience in Microsoft office products - Word, PPT and excel (do not need to be a super user of Excel)
