Duties: Within Marketing Customer Analytics – Consultative Analysis, function as a Technical Marketing Strategist to proactively serve partners’ strategic planning needs and provide analytical support and insight related to enterprise initiatives. Create, distribute, and present analytics regarding business development opportunities across all lines of business and areas of customer contact management. Partner to develop assets to provide recommendations on maximizing returns on marketing investments relative to business priorities. Provide a consultative perspective on the data assets available for communicating and managing relationships with customers. Synthesize complex datasets into actionable treatments for decision-makers. Perform analysis of business conditions and scenarios, including investigative research.

Qualifications:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Predictive Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience performing SQL programming with enterprise relational databases or, alternatively, a Master's degree and three years of experience as noted above.

Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): transforming and visualizing data utilizing Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, or SAS, including use of pivot tables, calculated fields, creation of charts, segmentation, importing/exporting data and establishing connections between the software and databases; compiling and interpreting data, including identifying relevant data points, analyzing time series data to assess trends or patterns, building metrics to facilitate the interpretation of results and using Enterprise level parameters to validate results; preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to peers, leadership, and executives; and providing data driven analysis or strategy support in the Financial Services, Consumer Retail, or Consumer Products industries.
