The primary role of our Maintenance Supervisor is departmental leadership of hourly personnel and coordination of all plant maintenance activities and related processes. Strong maintenance systems knowledge and electrical background a plus.


nMajor responsibilities include:

+ Direct the daily activities of the maintenance personnel. This requires a strong understanding of maintenance systems and applications.

+ Provides consistent administration of Company policies, procedures, and work practices.

+ Works closely with manufacturing supervisors.

+ Tracks and reports daily activity in Safety, Quality, Production, Costs, and Employee Relations.

+ Executes Company training, continuous improvement, and employee development initiatives.

+ Facilitates team involvement in all areas of operation.

+ Makes real-time front line production-related decisions.


n Education level needed or desired: n

+ Minimum 2 year vocational/technical certification

+ Desired B.S. ME/EE/IE


n? Special knowledge or type of skills:

+ Experience with Compressors

+ Experience in a high speed manufacturing environment

+ Experience with Allen Bradley or related plcs/controls

+ Preferred experience 5+ years manufacturing supervisory experience

+ SAP and Office software applications
