The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the company's technology. This includes managing the IT staff responsible for the Bank's technical assets and for their career planning and development at the Bank. They will work closely with the IT executive staff and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

nResponsibilities n

nRole-Specific Expectations: n

n

n

+ Understanding of common development frameworks and languages including AWS Services, Git SCM, .Net Core and Microsoft SDK's, Angular, Java/J2EE, RDBMS, No SQL Databases, C#, Javascript, Batch Scripting

n

+ Conceptual understanding of common application platforms including AWS ECS/EKS, Apache/Tomcat, IIS, Websphere, Sharepoint

n

+ Conceptual understanding DevSecOps Practices including Continuous Build, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Inspection, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Dev Ops/Azure Backlogs/ALM Platforms

n

+ Provide technical leadership to all Agile development project team members

n

+ Proactively manages software vendors and leads internal team to implement large scale IT systems

n

+ Oversees the design, development, and installation of enhancements and upgrades to large scale systems and application software

n

+ Liaise with IT and business staff to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing

n

+ Strong knowledge of automated testing platforms

n

+ Lead the development, establishment, and enforcement of quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles.

n

+ Partner with Bank stakeholders such as risk, compliance and audit to ensure the application portfolio aligns with Bank standards and risk tolerance

n

+ Ensure that software quality measures comply with regulatory standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices.

n

+ Create methodologies and processes for the collection and analysis of data for ensuring software, systems, and product quality.

n

+ Direct the analysis of formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws

n

+ CSTE certification or equivalent is a plus
