Essential Functions

  • Continually communicate & support corporate goals/philosophy

  • Align HR programs, policies & goals with corporate goals

  • Continually seek support & buy in of programs & policies

  • Continually promote civility, respect & productivity

  • Act as an agent of change

  • Act as positive & ethical role model

  • Manage employee relations

  • Work to improve quality of work life & work/life balance for all employees

  • Maintain & update HRIS

  • Manage talent acquisition & retention function

  • Manage Benefits Program - analysis, implementation & design

  • HR Analytics

  • Manage AAP Program

  • Manage payroll function

  • Conduct internal investigations

  • Update Employee Handbook

  • Maintain job descriptions

  • Maintain HR legal compliance

  • Supervisor HR Team members

  • Participate in employee safety programs

  • Adhere to highest level of professionalism

Education/Training/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Advanced education preferred

  • 3-5 years plus Human Resource generalist experience

  • Supervisory experience

  • Affirmative Action Program Management experience preferred

  • Social media recruiting experience preferred

  • Payroll management experience preferred

Tech Stack

  • MS Office skills
