We are looking for a Human Capital Intern for the summer of 2021. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital Department. If you are motivated, creative, and looking for experience in Human Resources then this is the ideal role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, screening and interview processes

  • Prepare Human Capital related reports as needed (word, excel, power point)

  • Assist in the construction and improvement of company policies, programs and procedures

  • Researching and collecting data for various HC initiatives

  • Assist in maintaining HC records (electronic and otherwise)

  • Update job descriptions for the organization

  • Evaluate current policies and make recommendations for improvement

  • Provide HR Training support

  • Special projects as needed

Required Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor and strict confidentiality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment

  • Ability to multitask and keen attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic with sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly
