The Human Resources Business Partner role contributes to the success of the organization by providing tactical and strategic consultation on people and organizational development strategies in support of the Wintrust objectives. HR responsibilities are at the professional level while supporting the Wintrust corporate organization. You will contribute in the following areas: employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance, compensation management consultation and talent acquisition and talent management consultation. Some additional responsibilities may include work in organizational design; employee development initiatives and training. In this role it is essential that you be able to effectively resolve HR issues or make recommendations, multitask while exercising prioritization and organizational skills. As you will be dealing with all levels within the organization, we need someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
