CVS Health HDMS Sr Consultant –Client Account Management and in Chicago, Illinois

HDMS is seeking an Sr Consultant to join our Customer Experience Team. The Sr Consultant is responsible for helping HDMS meet and exceed the corporate goals and expectations. The Sr Consultant will be responsible for the relationship and project management of a key employer client, and will work with an established team composed of clinical, analytic, data science, and customer experience resources.
Serve as Sr Consultant, relationship manager, and analytic expert supporting a key client and offer support for other HDMS account teams.
Coordinate with Data Operations in identifying and researching client data related issues. Responsible for client issue management/issue triage.
Oversee data quality assurance for clients.
Contribute to successful and timely recurring data refreshes.
Serves as first-line product expert to clients. Identify opportunities for additional revenue by identifying additional use cases for DART.
Support frequent calls and onsite visits to customers through project management of ongoing and new initiatives with the client
Design, develop and deliver on clients’ analytic agendas based on business needs.
Present observations and recommendations to clients; coordinate with diverse, interdisciplinary internal team supporting client analytics
Interface and collaborate with benefit consultants and other advisors, as needed.
5+ years of demonstrated strong relationship management skills with complex, flagship client relationships.
Excellent project management and organizational skills required.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, including ability to distill complex findings into simple explanations.
5+ years of solid analytic experience using claims data to identify cost and utilization trends.
A demonstrated passion for teamwork and solving business problems.
Experience using DART or analytic solutions for very large databases required.
Experience in consultative selling or interest to learn.
Willingness to learn new analytic methods.
Graduate Degree or Professional licensure preferred.
