Job Requirements
n n
+ Minimum 5 years of current US Oracle Cloud Payroll experience in a functional lead role.
n
+ Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations
n
+ Minimum of 10+ years in the Payroll space (Oracle or PeopleSoft)
n
+ An Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules
n
+ Proficiency in: Design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing
n

Roles/Responsibilities:

+ Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their busine s with Oracle Cloud.
n
+ Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
n
+ Conduct Design Workshops and Perform Gap/Fit Assessment.
n
+ Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
n
+ Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
