Property Management company seeking an experienced Handyman. The candidate must specialize in basic repair, such as, painting, plumbing, electrical and installation tasks. The candidate must possess the ability to multitask, have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

As a handyman you will handle...

  • Basic repair and installation tasks

  • Doors & Windows: installation and repairs

  • Carpentry: crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, base molding, stairs, railings, shelving, trim.

  • Electrical: fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, dimmers, service upgrades, breaker panel replacement, and troubleshooting

  • Plumbing: faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut off valves, ice makers, supply lines, drains, leaks, troubleshooting

  • Lighting and Lighting Systems: installation and troubleshooting

  • Drywall: repair and installation

  • Painting/Staining: interior and exterior

  • Roofing: patch small flat roof holes and troubleshoot leaks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must pass a background and drug test

  • 3-5 years minimum as an Experienced Handyman

  • Estimation skills and prior condo inspection experience a PLUS!

  • Must own medium to large vehicle to transport tools for jobs.

  • Must own tools.

Wages:

  • $20-$30 depending on experience.
